Yoga holds different meanings to many of us. To some it means building a lean, strong body. To others it is all about calming the mind. And for some, it means connecting with the inner self or spirit. All are correct. Yoga literally means to yoke or unite. It is the union of the mind, body and spirit.
A low impact and total body workout
This class will help you obtain a balanced mind and body.
Build flexibility, long lean muscles, and strength and muscle endurance!
Pilates is well-suited and beneficial for all fitness levels. It also serves as a great compliment to BootCamp style training as it improves stability and coordination and puts an emphasis on breathing to release stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles.
Other benefits of Pilates include building flexibility, building long lean muscles, and improving endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. This class is held in a private studio with very limited numbers and is closely supervised by a certified trainer.
“Personal Training” is working one-on-one with a certified personal fitness trainer to meet your fitness goals. It is designed to help people at any fitness level. Personal Training is beneficial to anybody trying to start, continue or improve their current workout program.
Getting fit has never been so much fun! Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba®!
- Creates a “FEEL GOOD” sensation by using easy to follow dance steps coupled with infectious music to create a truly fun, party-like atmosphere!
- Is a fantastic CORE WORKOUT. It uses moves during the workout that target the abs and back to increase agility and strength with the potential to tone and sculpt the torso.
- Is a great FAT BURNING WORKOUT. Calories burned will differ depending on your fitness level, age, weight and intensity put forth. Calories burned during a one-hour class has been estimated to be anywhere from 600 to 1,000.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING/WEAR
- Be sure to bring water to keep hydrated during the workout, and a towel, because you WILL sweat!
- Participants should wear comfortable workout attire.
- Low-profile running shoes may make the ZUMBA moves easier, but are not required.

Youth Bootcamp is an outdoor adventure that welcomes young people to the world of fitness with lots of fun! This program helps to teach kids and youth discipline and adversity as well as a love for the outdoors and nature. We use fitness games and activities to introduce a variety of exercises, encourage kids and motivate them-as well as have them cheer on one another-to be the best they can be! This class will also help kids who are involved in sports to improve their level of performance. Every class is different.
Get on your feet and move to the beat! This program is designed to encourage older age groups, ages 7-11, to lead a healthy lifestyle while increasing their metabolism. They will not suspect that this fun filled, energetic dance party is exercise in disguise. Let’s turn up the music, rock to the beats and move like no one is watching to the Latin vibes!
Zumba Kids Jr. is a dance and play, energetic, fun-filled party! Children will exercise pretend play, participate in organized, exciting games to keep them interested in and motivated in the activities! This program is designed for ages 4-6. Here, they can be silly, use their imagination and play and interact with others their age. Let’s move it and groove it to the music!
