More foods you can eat this week :)

Here are more foods that you can eat this week:
All vegetables that you can find and especially the seasonal ones like asparagus (I can’t believe I missed this one on the list).  If there is something on the list that you can’t find, don’t panic, just make sure to have as many as you can find.
Eggs and quinoa go under the protein category !! Yes you can have them 🙂
NO alcohol, if you have to on the weekend, make sure it’s organic.

Smoothie Recipe for YOU :)

Here is the smoothie we had on the first day of Zumba:
Glass full of great goodness!
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • hand full of kale
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and water

You can add a couple dates or 1 tsp of coconut oil for extra nutrients and flavor
Throw them all in a blender and enjoy
